Dance.. a lifestyle

When i feel bad and have much stress in my days, is comforting for me start to dance. The excercise and dicipline that this impplie, are the special mix for make me feel better.

When i was a little kid, mi mom always took us to extracurricular classes because those developed us in different areas. I´m a hyperactive person, and when i was little i don´t understood, but now i know that the excercise form me is the best therapy. I don´t need medicins 'cause the physic activity is my medicin for body and my soul.

It's hard sometimes but the final view is awesome !! Are more the good things that we can take of this art, almost are benefits for us and it's a greate education for people, because, in my case, i'm a very diciplinade person, and my teachers will teach me to work with my own virtues for my personal development.

I start to study ballet at 4 years old and when i was 7 years decline for economy causes and i start dance in my school and at home and every place, but no in accademy dance. I re-start to go to the academy at 16 years and work with all my enthusiasm for be better than myself. Now i have 20 years old and i'm dancer to  jazz, ballet, hip-hop, flamenco and contemporany dance.

I never thought this art  was my lifestyle, today is one of my favorite parts of myself :)

  1. i love this post, sofia, and i think the same!!
    when i feel boring or sad, the only thing that i wanna do is dance, because i can forget everything, all the problems, all the bad things. i love dance, a love dance so much, and i planing study "arts" when i finish my first degree.

    I prefer jazz that other types of dance, because the moves that you do are strong and sweet. i started to dance when i was a little kid, and i still do, and I will continue doing it while you can!!

  3. arts?..wow is a great desition...i love arts, and i think that i have artistic blood haha ... and when you be certificated dancer and dancing in a big company, i will say "Hey..that guy is my friend" :)

  4. Im totally agree..
    That feeling when you are completly tired but you dont want to stop!
    Because the feeling of dancing its even stronger!
    Or when your lips are exploding because your body is totally exhausted.. right sofi? :)
    Ohhhhhhh.. and the most important thing, when you share those kind of feelings with your best friends:)
