"Infidelity"

                                               "Infidelity"

Infidelity has become more and more common every day, Its easy to find a lot of marriages and relationships breaking up because of this growing trend. Infidelity can happen for a bunch of different reasons, such as getting bored, wanting to try new things, not being happy with your partner, being drunk, etc.

All of the reasons mentioned above really dont make sense to me and i have never been able to grasp on the idea of cheating on your boyfriend/girlfriend, If you are with someone, it is because you love them, you are supposed to want to take care of this person, love him, cherish him and would try to avoid inflicting any pain to them. So, why cheat on him/she?

Also, from my point of view i cant seem to understand this "third person"... Why get involved in a situation where a lot of times this person knows there are children and families involved. I think it is selfish and irresponsible to do this because they seem to only care about whats best for them and not realize that this other family or couple have gone through the struggles and work that makes a relationship, well... work. I understand that this person at anytime can fall in love with a married one but it is still a selfish act and why would you be happy to be in a situation like that and be the mistress?

To get back to the person that is cheating on his significant other, i mentioned earlier that this person may not be happy anymore but the least you can do to someone you once loved and cared about is talk with the truth and end the relationship/marriage before you do something like that.

Cheating on your partner is in my opinion a clear sign of immaturity, disrespect, lack of love and specially not appreciating what you have.

  1. I agree with you, I mean, why being with someone that doesn't make you happy anymore? I think that's stupid, I mean, if you want to be with other guys or chiks, simply end the relationship! Doing that, you are not going to hurt nobody anymore, and everything is going to be ok, well, sort of.

I hate that people do that, there isn't a good reason, a right reason to do that, and for me, there's no forgiveness for that :S

Also, I hate when they want to make things up by saying "Uh sorry, I was drunk" for me that's NOT an excuse!! If you love someone, doesn't matter how drunk you are.. If you really love him/her, you are not going to do something wrong.
