The Kiss (not the music band I really mean the kiss)

The kiss is the act of touching something (usually another person) with his lips. It is common practice among humans, also present in other primates and other orders of animals.

In humans, the kiss is used in different cultures as a sign of affection, to meet or say goodbye to a person. It is also an important part of the rituals of courtship and mating in primates.

There is scientific evidence that demonstrates the benefits of kissing someone else. For example, stimulates the brain to release oxytocin into the bloodstream, creating a sense of wellbeing. Oxytocin is a hormone that affects basic functions like falling in love, orgasm, childbirth and breastfeeding is associated with warmth, tenderness and the act of touching. Passionate kissing cause the release of adrenaline in the blood, which in turn increases heart rate, blood pressure and glucose in the blood.

Experts from the British charity Relate say kiss your partner is the best antidote to depression and a great way to improve health and enjoin people to kiss more.

I guess I really don’t have a clue on what to post, that and the fact that I really don’t have the time either, and when i do have time to actually do something I rather do something else instead. But tonight since I do have a bit of time, I’ll talk about several things.

I’ll start of letting you know that I hate my jobs schedule. I don’t hate my job, just the schedule. I hardly sleep and feel like my life is passing way to fast because of this. I’ll explain my functions of my work; it really isn’t that much, I work at a hotel named Fiesta Inn. I am the night manager, and work from 23:00 hrs. till 07:00 hrs.  Basically I am a receptionist, with the slight difference that I have extra obligations such as making sure that my other partners in front desk have done their job the correct way. You see, the thing that people at front desk do are more than just receive guest. Before I can go on and continue explaining my function as a night manager I must tell you what the receptionist does.

A receptionist is the person who greets you in from desk when you arrive. He indicates you where your room is, where to find the elevator and the schedule of the restaurant. He asks you for you paying form (credit card, debit card or cash), some rooms are already paid for from before, this is either by a travel agency or by a person that sends a letter with a copy of he’s or hers credit card and authorization to charge to the guest room.  After the pay form is received, the guest gets the room key and is escorted to his room by our bell boy. Most of you readers know this all ready, what you don’t know is what happens after the guest leaves to his room. After the guest leaves, the receptionist has to do various things on his computer and the virtual register on our hotel software. First you must indicate the other departments of the hotel such as cafeteria, housekeeping etc. of the room status, like for example if it has credit or not (basically it’s all they need to know) this you do by filling out the rubrics on the computer of the different departments. Then after that you make sure all the information of the guest credit card is the correct one, this is because most times guest guarantee the reservation with one credit card, but when they arrive they give you a different one, so you must update this information. After this if a guest has credit you open his phone line, if not you leave it closed. Then you go to the call center and give the person in call center the register of the guest so he can file it on the pit we have for what we call home guest. When a guest leaves the hotel you give him a sheet so he can see the charges on his room, after this he pays you. Then he leaves, when he leaves the hotel the receptionist put the voucher of the charge on his file and stores it in a drawer. Here is where I come in, every receptionist does this, and when I get to the hotel my main function is to make sure that the charges that they made are correct, correct amount correct credit cards. I then have to arrange them all together; I take every receptionist stack of papers, and order alphabetically.

 After this, I go to the credit and debit card terminals; I print out a balance of the charges made and compare them to the ones that are in the computer software. If they are correct I then proceed to close the terminals, I put in the terminals the amount of the charges and then make them go back to ceros for the next day’s sells.  If the charges in the terminals are not the same as the ones in the computer, I must find out why, this may take a while, usually it’s because somebody (receptionist) got confused and instead of leaving an open voucher (open credit) they made a sell. So I must cancel it. Another reason is because they may have made the sell and not have put it on the computer. After I find the reason I make the terminals and computer match and proceed as I said before. Then I must check my guest rates, this to make sure that I don’t charge them more on the room rent than I’m supposed to, you see sometimes by accident if a guest makes his stay longer than expected the rate changes by itself and the receptionist does not see it, so I check them every night (this is the most boring part cause I have 155 rooms) and if they are wrong I correct them. I must say that this is what I do as the night manager, don’t forget I’m being a receptionist in the mean while also, so this process is going on while I attend to the phone, and attend to the guest, o and did I say that we have room service 24 hours a day, so I also attend to them cause at night there is no personal in the restaurant. When I finish checking the rates I charge the rents and then check that I charged as many rents as I checked.

When I finish this im halfway done, I then print my reports of the day, and print the wake up calls also. I change the date on the computer by this time it’s usually near 02:00 hrs. Then comes the checkout express process. The guest that leave the next day sometimes ask for the bills closed before the wake up so I close them and send them a envelope to the room with the vouchers and balance sheet. This I do near the 03:00 hrs. Because from 02:00 till 03:00 hrs. I have dinner. After I finish the checkout express thing it’s about 04:00 am. I start making wake up calls and to attend the guest that leave in the 06:00 hrs. flight. That’s pretty much it, I end at 6 and go to take a shower, get dressed and go to school.

Like I said, I don’t hate what I do at my job, I just hate the schedule, and this is why I usually am falling to sleep in class every day. Thanks for reading have a great Easter week.

Music

The music is, according to the traditional definition of the term, the art of sensitive and logically organize a coherent mix of sounds and silences using the fundamental principles of melody, harmony and rhythm, through the intervention of complex psychological mood. The concept of music has evolved from its origins in ancient Greece, which met without regard to poetry, music and dance as an art unit. For several decades it has become more complex definition of what is and is not music, as distinguished composers as part of various artistic border, have made works that, although could be considered musical, expanding the limits of the definition of art.

The music, like any art form, is a cultural product. The purpose of this art is to provoke an aesthetic experience in the listener, and express feelings, circumstances, thoughts or ideas. The music is a stimulus that affects the individual's perceptual field, so the flow of sound can fulfill various functions (entertainment, communication, environment, etc..).

Personaly I like to listen music all day, is like distracting me from I dont know maybe problems or things that I dont want to think about it. Music for me is a exprestion that comunicate feelings, is kinda relaxing, you can sing a song million of times. I like the genders of R&B, hip-hop, Rap, Reggeton, Romantic ones also, pop, some country; I dont like band, salsa, bachata. I dont know how to play an instrument, I wish I can learn someday. I dont have an ipod or music reprodutor, maybe i will buy one someday, I really need it, because I like to listen music all the time.

Chess

Chess is a game between two people, each of which has 16 moving parts that are placed on a board divided into 64 squares. your version of competition is considered a sport. Originally invented as a game for people from the creation of computers and computer programs of chess a game of chess can be played by two people, by a person against a chess program or two chess programs together.

It is played on an 8x8 checkered board, alternating white and black, which are the 64 possible positions for game development. Early in the game each player has sixteen pieces: one king, one queen, two bishops, two knights, two rooks and 8 pawns. This is a game of intelligence in which the goal is to "overthrow" the opponent's king. Personaly I like to play Chess, well I havent play it for some years, I think Im not fast at the time I need to think a new move. Is good because you demostrate a new ability, your brain gets more uses, and it can help you for maths, or memorie, or agility for thinking faster. I started playing chess beacuse school want me to do something new, and for my sorprice I was good at chess, well not number 1 but I can give a good game and beat someother players.

Chocolate

I personaly like to eat chocolate, specialy milky-way is my favorite chocolate, also I like Ressess, Snikers, and every chocolate that taste good. Why I eat chocolate? is beacuse it taste good, well almost every chocolate taste good, but I mean sometimes is hard to explain why you like something, because there are alot of things to say and is complicate. Chocolate is good because it gives me energy, and full my stomach also.

Renewable energy is an energy which comes from natural resources such as sunlight, wind, rain, tides, and geothermal heat, which are renewable (naturally replenished). Among the renewable energy includes hydro, wind, solar, geothermal, tidal, biomass and biofuels.

Wind Power

Wind energy is the energy from the wind that is, using the kinetic energy generated by the currents of air. CHILDREN & TV

In general watch the TV is an important hobby for all the people, but this activity has a lot of influence especially with the children and teenagers.  Watch the TV can be good for everyone because it teach us, entertain us, but sometimes the TV can has bad influence, for this reason is important for the parents take some cares when the children are going to watch TV.

In first place, when the children waste lots of time watching TV have more risk for get bad notes at school, because they don’t do their homework or don’t go at school, also they sometimes are tired in the school because don’t sleep for watch TV. Secondly they don’t do exercises and eat a lot of junk food that they see in the TV and in consequence the children get fat. Finally the violence, sexuality, drugs and alcohol in TV can transform to the children and they get violent or atrophy their social relations.

This is one of the main factors why there is so much childhood obesity, and if a person is obese as a child runs the risk that in adulthood it is also

For all that reasons, is important that the parents help to the children to get positive experiences with the TV. For example they can watch the TV with their children, or choose the appropriate programs for the age of the children. Also they can establish a diary o weekly quantity of hours to watch TV and turn off the TV in hours of study and food good.

To conclude, the parents can’t always be there with their kids but with the appropriate orientation the children can learn to use the TV with a good way and positive.

I take this medium to invite all of you to one of the best bars in town "London pub" the concept’s bar is bring us craft beer, also known here as imported beer, as very few Mexican breweries which produce local beer .

The local beer is made in small batches and is always consumed fresh, with a variety of flavors and smells that mass products do not reach. This obviously does not mean making the beer as the year 1,500, but using the best technology; respect the purity of the ingredients and the time of the product. It differs from home brew because as its name says it made at home and can be eaten with friends, but does not have permission to be marketed.

In London pub about 200 beers are available in several countries worldwide, you can go there and enjoy a typical beer of London as the London pride, is also the famous Irish Guinness beer as dark as night, its color black and tinsel makes me always turn to look at it when it is served. There are also flavored beers that believe it or not.

A few days ago I tried a cherry beer that impressed me because the smell is sweet cherry and cherry flavor but not sweet, you should try it to believe me.

A very important person in my life

This person's I met him, in one of the saddest moments of my life, I had a relationship that lasted almost three years, and ended very badly, I was indepression the first two months, this was on August through October, by November seemed be all better, but things got worse, but thanks to my friends, I stand on my feet, and move on, in December, I decided to forget and be happy, leave all the bad behind and start over. For this, on the birthday of my best friend, I met Daniels, now, is my boyfriend, it was amazing, because in the worst moments, he came and took me out of the hole, so to speak.
I was having fun with my friends, when it comes a friend in his white car, and got out,other two friends, one of them was Daniels, My friend presented to me, but I do not take important until later, Daniels ask me, if I could dance, and I say yes, we dance, but that night I just wanted to have fun,  I did n't wanted to flirt with anyone, just have fun. The next day, I had an inbox and  I open it up an it was him, I honestly do not know who he was until he said, I'm the guy who danced with you last night, I surprised a lot and we started to talk, and so spent nights and nights  speaking to us late, we started dating, and  at January, we gave our first kiss, we wanted to go slow because I had a long relationship before, we lasted four months before being boyfriends. Until April 26, The day we started dating, and it was very nice, we've been together 11 months, almost one year, and I really wanted to share with everyone that I am happy and content.
I think that everyone always need to give themselves second chances, not all hard forever, but while it lasts,enjoy it and be happy, like I do now. 

H.I.M

I'm gonna talk about my favorite band. Its a finnish band. HIM's .The members of the band are Ville Valo, Linde, Migé, Burton and Mika. They have 7 disc. i have only 5 but one doesnt count because its the same only that one its the Delux Edition. Oh! wait i just remember that i have 6 HAHAHA one its the live edition. I forgot that. This type of music its like a Mix the vocalist define like "love metal" but its a mix of gothic rock, alternative rock and gothic metal. The vocalist has a baritone vocal range so for me he has an amazing voice in fact in times the voice relaxes me and i fell sleep. most of the lyrics its about love and this lyrics can make you feel happy or melancholic it depends in the case.

This is my favorite band since i have memory ( first year of Middle School) and i went to they concert in 2007 at phoenix and the funny fact its that the singer smokes a lot when before starts to sing so i think that in the hour of the concert he smoke like a cigarette box it was a lot.
my favorite songs are: Sleepwalkin past hope ( i can play the begging in piano) , wicked game, in the arms of rain, bury me inside your heart and lose you tonight.

I have a tattoo of the heartgram its the official sign of the band and I like the meaning of the sign. The symbol means the life and death, love and hate it’s the balance of extreme like a ying-yang modern . The creator of The heartgram is Ville valo the singer

Dancing makes me feel alive

On Thursday 29 March, I had my first presentation of dance, in Durango Santander University.

It was my first presentation, with only a single months, I think almost 2 months going to dance, it was an incredibly good experience, we lasted about 1 month rehearsing dance and changing steps, It was a presentation of jazz and a hip-hop, actually I loved the two songs but hip hop was where I develop more, and in which I had fun a little more, because in jazz was a bit more sexy.

Earlier I were been going to a dance Academi, call stage.
Lasts for 1 year, I was taking classes of jazz, tap and ballet.

  Ballet class was a very strict, very precise steps, and very elegant posture.
In Tap, dances were great, a lots of fun, I had a lots of  moves with my feet, and with good leg strength for the shoe sound, so it could hear very clean and strong at the dance.
Jazz was all very sexy, with elasticity and jumps and turns, you could throw you to the floor, and make many steps. I really amused lot.

Now I'm going to dance at my university, I feel very comfortable, and I did very good friends with the girls, all are very good dancing and I think we do an incredible team together.

 I would like to try even more types of dance, and I hope so, cause dancing makes me feel alive.
