My first teaching experience in an elementary school

When I was in second cuatrimester, a teacher prepared us to give a nutrition class in a little school in San Pedro, we were very nervous because we had to deal with like 30 kids and we taught that it was going to be tough.

Our topic was “El plato del buen comer” we explained the groups of food and we told them what the lipids, proteins and carbohydrates are. We told them how to eat well and I was very surprised because everyone was paying attention and all the kids were participating so much.

One thing that I loved and that I will never forget is that no one knew what lipids are and they were like “what is that?” and we told them and obviously it was a new word for them, and after that all the kids were using that word for everything and saying it out loud, that was funny and cute.

Another thing that surprised me so much, is that, we asked the kids if they liked to eat junk food, and most of the kids told us that they didn't liked junk food! They told us that they liked fruits and vegetables, and we were very surprised with that, and also happy because I like to hear that a kid doesn't like junk food :) I don't know if they were saying the truth but I think that it was actually true :)

Then, when I was talking to them, I talked about Cereals and Meats and a little boy in the front was reading all of my paper sheets, but instead of making me feel stressed I was almost laughing because he was saying everything so cute and that was funny. Then I asked them were we can find the meat and a boy told me “in the hot dogs!” and we all laugh, even the teacher was laughing, it was very funny.

We teach them how to clean the vegetables and I loved that everyone was so quiet and listening to us, and learning from us, that made me feel so good :)

In the last moments, we gave everyone a draw of a food, and we draw the “plato del buen comer” in a big paper and we made them pass to the front and stick the food in the correct group :) no one made a mistake and everyone were very excited to pass!

When we had to go I remember that no one wanted us to live the classroom I was almost crying because all of the children were so nice to us and we were so comfortable in there, and they asked “are you going to come back?” and we were like “yes of course!” but we never went again :( haha

I think that this was a nice experience for me and I loved the way that the kids treated us, I thought that no one was going to pay attention, but fortunately I was wrong :) and I also think that this is a good experience to share with all of you, I hope that I could do this again in the future.

Dorian Gray

I love this movie, its one of my favorites besides the book of Oscar Wilde. I prefer the movie than the book but its just me. If you haven’t read the book or watch the movie here it’s a little peek. The Story its about a young who sold his soul to the devil because he wants to stay forever young. Dorian went to England after the death of his father. He met Lord Henry.

Lord Henry its a man who spend time searching for the pleasures of life. He becomes his teacher making Dorian a big monster. Dorian Follow all the things that Lord Henry says and after a time Dorian Becomes into the man that Lord Henry wants to be but he never could. Before meeting Lord Henry. Dorian Met a paintor named Basil who paint The picture of Dorian. Dorian was mad because the paint never would grow old so he makes a deal with the devil and sold he soul so the paint start to grow old. The paint becomes his soul. Dorian makes a lot of things and there is not effect in Dorian. That’s it’s the movie

Why I love this movie?

Beside that the plot its so good, the actors are amazing Ben Barnes makes a wonderful interpretation also Collin Firth. The cinematography its amazing because it reminds me Tim Burton Style. Like a said before I also read the book at the beginning was so hard to read because the books its so descriptive but it’s a great book .

Dorian Gray is a story about how society can affect a person. How can easily make an influence to do bad things without feeling regret

SOMNAMBULISM

Somnambulism is a sleep disorder that usually occurs during stage IV non-REM sleep(Rapid Eye movments), in which he is usually accompanied by certain physical movements.

The child who has these somnambulism disorder usually sits in bed with open eyes and an expression of admiration or surprise, in some cases they can get out of bed without an aggressive behavior or strong and when they wake up they don’t remember anything of what happen in their dream.

somnambulism in adults it does leads to problematic behavior as are accompanied with vigorous physical or violent behavior and some injuries may occur to  the same person who has this disorder, and unlike children, adults can remember the content of their dreams and these most often are violent.

In adults, the subject matter of their dreams are commonly repeated, most often the dreams are related to situations where escape or help is required. For example, bombs about to explode, fire or building about to collapse,  these dreams require immediate escape as you can see and can cause the adult to jump out of bed in a violent manner.

This disorder usually fades with time.

A violent escape of bed can cause tripping against the wall or furniture, causing injuries frequently. The adult can develop a real fear of what might happen during the night and create barriers around the bed so they can’t be damaged or close doors and windows so they don’t get out of their house during their sleep.

Pica Disorder

Pica Disorder.

Pica disorder is a rare foodborne disease which affects a lot of world population overcoat children, these disease could be a consequence of physical health, psychological health or cultural habits.
This eating disorder causes an urgent desire to eat substances not intended for human consumption, such as toothpaste, soap, detergent, condoms, plaster, hair, matches, mud, ice, cigarette butts, shoe polish, dust or dirt, glaze, among others.

Is very common to occur in people with autism or psychiatric illness. There are several types of names for each type of case, for example: Geophagy (eating earth), Trichophagia (eating hair)

Pica Syndrome can cause serious complications and damage to health. Among them we mention the following: poisoning or consumption of lead exposure, intestinal obstructions, parasitic infections and dental injuries.

It is not clearly how pica syndrome appears but there are some theories that said that it appears because some people have bad nutrition or it is because of psychological traumas.

Those who have or believe they are suffering from Pica syndrome should receive immediate medical treatment. The most common treatments used to cure this disease include nutritional supplements, medications to control cravings, stress or depression, psychological counseling, behavior therapy or behavior.

            Claudia Mijangos

                    Claudia mijangos  was born in Mazatlan, Sinaloa in 1956, his childhood and adolescence were happy, had not suffered abuse and emotional or material needs met. He studied commerce.  Was selected as the queen of beauty in Mazatlan. Her parents died, and they left a large inheritance. She married and moved to Queretaro with Alfredo Gutierrez her Husband. He was a banker, eight years bigger than her. In his new city set up an exclusive dress shop in the Passage of the Llata​​, where some of the most prominent women bought their clothes.

  With a catholic training, Claudia was catechism teacher, ethics, and religion at the college “Fray Luis de Leon” where they studied her three children: Claudia maria (11), Ana Belen(9) and Alfredo Antonio(6).

   Time after Claudia began to show severe psychological problems, his marriage failed in the wake of the problems,they divoreced and Claudia kept the custody of their three children. She continue with the store and the school, but people around noticed that the emotional disturbances were present even more often, and now Claudia get obsessed with a young  priest named Ramon,people said they were  lovers but others denied this version.  For several days, Claudia heard strange voices.  He wouldn't  talk this with her ex-husband, on April 23, 1989, alfredo took his children to a school carnival, and when he brought them back, had a fight with Claudia, he knew what was happening with the priest, but she defend her feelings towards the priest and her former husband, very angry he left. Claudia closed the door and locked it, she give the blessing to the children and go to bed.

   A few hours later, april 24, at approximately 5:00hours, Claudia start listening the voices , said something about Mazatlan and then she decide to go down stairs and she took three knives, his children were still sleeping peacefully, but she had decided to kill them.’

The first one was alfredo she amputated her hands and continued hurting him after death, then Claudia maria stabbed 6 times,this girl could leave the room but the severity of the injuries she fell death in the living room, finally ana belen stabbed in the heart therefore was no resistance ; Neighbors heard but they don’t make anything.

after this she try to be killed by herself, cutting her wrists and chest , she fall faint next to the bed were she stack their children.

    the next morning Veronica Vasquez came to her house knock  and here was Claudia opening the door, Veronica looking her with her clothes full of blood and lost look.

When veronica get inside the house she think that they were attacked but looking to bodies, and knowing that she was raved, saying that the kids were full of ketchup, Veronica ran away, the smell of blood was unbearable.

 She called the police immediately. When officers arrived, they entered by force. The interior of the house looked like the scene of a horror movie. The living room floor and the stairs going to the upper floor were smeared with blood, like the hallway between the master bedroom, the bedroom of the small Alfredo, the girls' bedroom and bathroom. Her clothing was also stained with blood. His eyes were half open. At the corner of the chamber on a chair, there were two kitchen knives, one of 41 centimeters and 33 centimeters the other, both wood handles in brown, clean. A third knife 31 centimeters, was found in the room of the sisters maria  and Ana Claudia Bethlehem, fallen on the carpet and full of blood from the joint towards the middle of the leaf. the police thought the woman was also death , but the commander Adolfo Aguilar Duran looking for pulse in the neck and discovering that she was still alive. They called the Red Cross  transferring  to the Social Security Hospital,

 "My children are asleep in the house,"  

said Claudia Mijangos when he awoke in the hospital, answering questions from the public prosecutor investigator, Sara Feregrino Feregrino.

     "I love my children are very good and children are not naughty."

The killer was sedated and tied hand and foot. He took his first statement on April 27, 1989 at 11:30 am, three days after the massacre to his three children.

Then added more things like:

"Ramon's father spoke to me telepathically influenced him to divorce me, but my mother was a moral restraint for me to join him, Father Ramon with witchcraft killed my mother,as I continue to work mentally to have me and my husband wants to get back to me and mentally work was so much pressure out of control me. "

On January 23, 1992, was moved from the Southern Women CERESO Mexico City to Queretaro. Claudia Arzac Mijangos  was detained  for over twenty years in the psychiatric annex Tepepan Detention Center. His hair turned gray and began to wear glasses. In 2007, the surgery of the thyroid gland. Despite years of imprisonment, he never received visits from his family.

The so-called "Mexican Ghostbusters", Carlos Trejo, shown on a television program hosted by Adal Ramones, a video of the alleged apparition of the murdered children of Claudia Mijangos and an alleged recording where the spirits of the children screamed "No, Mom! "She was watching TV in prison and she watch the broadcast, had a nervous breakdown and had to sedate her. Remained under medical surveillance for weeks.

No one claimed ownership where it all happened, the house belongs to Claudia Mijangos, who acquired it in 1985. Over time, the house where the triple murder occurred was closed completely: of barbed wire was placed, rose a wall and interestingly was not a door in the house.
