9GAG

 9GAG is a website where you can upload any kind of stuff you like, from any joke you made to your roommate up to any serious political problem. this website was created on 2009 where the soul thief started, once you get into this website you'll never come out. True story, it has sometihing that you have to be watching all the comments that are uploaded daily and if you're a veteran voter you can decide which posts are the best ones, or which ones just aren't that good.


There are 3 sections where you can watch the posts, the first one is the vote page, where the new uploads are set, and from there the voting starts, veteran voters hate this section because it full of reposts and many posts that have no fun at all, the comes the Trending section, where all the posts that are more or less funny get into, with an important amount of votes and the final stage is the Hot page, where just the best posts get there.
                                                                             
     The funniest things on this website are the drawings called "memes" meaning whatever feeling you have, they'll show it for you, there are some famouse people that were turned into cartoons and became memes like Yao Ming, the basketball player, Yackie Chan artist, and some others. some of them are used to make something funnier or just because it fits into the expression that you do while you read the post you're reading.


I totally recomment this website, but be careful it may take your soul away.

    Hahaha this is my favorite post so far.
    I love 9GAG and I am in total agree with you, it really does take your soul away.
    When I'm in partials week, I prefer not to enter there because if I do, I will end without studying anything at all.

    And I love that memes are very funny, but only to the people who know the page and understands the jokes. Try to explain a meme to a person that doesn't know the page and you'll find it very difficult. True story.

    I totally agree with you two, 9GAG is addictive. It takes my free time and even my not so free time. Since I started looking at this page I became addicted, as I am sure you too are, but what I like the most of it is that you can look at silly things and laugh. but you can also know about a lot of things that are happening around the world. It's not only for fun, but it also makes you learn thing that happen :)

    My favorite part about 9 GAG: MEMES.

    Thanks Alan for your post. Actually I don't know too much about 9GAG so it was interesting to learn something. Maybe you would like to bring some 9gag jokes to class and seriously have a discussion explaining the humour and central message behind them?
