Female President

The crux: Is it Mexico ready for a female president? (Josefina Vazquez Mota)

From my point of view, there's a lot of judgement about Mexico's it is not ready to a female lider, may I ask why you say that?
Even when I don't know much about politics & all that, I think that if she thinks that she is ready to be a president, she has the tools, the conviction and she want that Mexico get better I think she should be the next president.
I haven't seen what proposes she had to offer, but I think that she didn't say "I want to be president without knowledge and tools". She has to have some preparation, studies and most important, know what the people think, feel & want for this country.
Maybe I will be wrong to say all this, but can we give a chance to people that on my opinion want a better country based on their knowledge, studies and preparation?

  1. My opinion is that maybe Mexico needs a female perspective when it comes to politics. Maybe having a female president will be different, it will change things, and who knows if these changes will be for better or for worse, but how will we ever know if we don't give her the opportunity?

And i think that its not a good desicion saying "im gonna vote for her only because its a women" you need to know more about her opinion about the important things.

  3. I trust Mexico is ready for a female president but I agree with Delia, Josefina Vazquez Mota is not the one, I guess... if we choose JVM the only thing we are going to do is get a bad image of women and Mexico never is gonna vote for a woman again.

  4. I think that Mexico is ready for a female president, too. But I can't say anything about her because I don't know her proposes. Well, I am not so informed about politics at all, but I can say that I don't want AMLO or EPN as presidents.

Add my label, please? 10047019. Thank you!

  5. Well, i believe that gender has nothing to do with the search of the best candidate to president of mexico.
It isnt a matter of if is a he or a she, what it matter is her/his preparation, im completely agree with you on that, so, i think that its important to remember that before we choose one.

would you add my number to your labels please?

  6. Of course, Mexico is ready for a female president, the woman can be make the same things what the man, it's just the absurd idea male chauvinist of the mexican men, because this is not a new problem, it says the same since a lot time behind.

  7. I'm surprised that there weren't more comments on what is a crucial topic for Mexico in this election year! Luckily I can keep my opinions to myself, but the dawn of a female President in Mexico will certainly send a message to the world that this country is advancing, and embracing modernity in its political system! Then other countries like the US and France, both of whom have never had a female President, would be left to catch up.....who would have thought?.....
