I'm sure many do not realize the bad habits that have...
One of the bad habits we have is:
Not having an eating schedule...
Many times we do not realize how much we eat, and eat more, this is not healthy. To change this, is learning to chew slowly to allow time for the brain to send the signal to stop.
Often forget to eat nutritious. We can eat nutritiously knowing combine meals.
Also eat junk food, is something that we can not avoid, but we must not leave it all days.
Another thing that almost everyone we do is eat and do other activities such as watching television or listening to music, this makes us eat more and not measure everything you eat.
There are many more, but are one of the most commit.
While doing my magazine, I put a section talking about the bad eating habits, I found it really interesting and for that reason I wanted to share.
For example, my mom will not let me go without breakfast, usually breakfast first chopped, then the main course with a glass of juice or coffee with milk.
I can not complain! jaja
As I have understood, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so I advise you to eat breakfast every days, to be healthy and strong.
I hope this is a comment that serve them :) and put it into practice.

my god i got a really bat habits eating. but also i think that many times we justify saing that we dont have any time (in my case it is true) but eating well is primordial. but also i think that we learn since childs so, good for you that your mom dont let you go if you dont have brekfast. But for other people purchase those habits its more dificult.
ReplyDeleteI think that sedentarism is one of the worst habits that most of the people have here in Mexico, with all of the new technology, the kids of today prefer to stay in home watching TV or playing videogames instead of playing outside with a bike or a ball.
ReplyDeleteAlso junk food, we like to modify some meals, and we do it with more fat and more ingredients that aren't healthy together. For example, the "sushi percheron" or the new burgers that Carl's Jr or Burger King sell.
And you're right :) breakfast is the most important meal of the day, the body needs to take energy to make you last all day! And to keep you healthy too, obviously :)

Being lazy just makes you feel even lazier too....do not get trapped in the downward spiral! Breakfast is definitely the most important meal of the day - shame we don't have real nice porridge here though :)
