TIPS GETTING A JOB

Today getting a job is a real challenge, due the great quantity of jobs required (aspirants) compared to the few job vacancies available on the market. In order to get a job is very important create a shocking positive impression during all the recruiting process.

To create a shocking positive impression during the recruiting process is necessary to consider:

  1.    Be honest, all information given must be true and ascertainable.

2.    Be punctual, on time and have all the requirements.

3.    Presentation, clean presentation and appropriate clothing.

During a job interview is very important to talk fluency and measurably; also is very important to carry with a copy of all the documents required.

 A very important aspect during job searching is our agenda, highly not recommended to make more than 4 appointments per day, because the performance of the applicant can be affected due stress and fatigue.

 Another tip is to make a short research (address, focus market, companies references, others) from companies that has job offers, doing this will help you to have a clearer idea about company expectative;  at the same time aspirants will be more prepared for an interview. 

Recommendations before a job interview:

1.    Arrive 15 minutes before appointment.

2.    Drink minimal water or liquids as possible.

3.    Chewing gum can help to calm down (throw away chewing gum before enter an interview).

4.    Do relaxing exercises and have happy thoughts.

5.    Have more than 2 jobs options, in case that the selection process is not favorable on the job wanted.
