DRUNKEN WEEKEND TIPS

If we get used to drink alcohol frequently or not at all, we should have these tips on mind.
Alcohol like almost all the things we consume is metabolized in our liver, first it comes through our stomach and the part that is absorbed comes through the blood and the rest is excreted. The food takes more time to break down in the stomach than liquids, and if we don’t eat for some hours and we drink alcohol, this liquid comes in like water to be metabolized, and that’s why you get drunk in a short time.
Tip #1. If you are going to drink you have to be sure to have had something to eat 1 or 2 hours before. Then your stomach is going to be covered and alcohol is not going to be absorbed too fast.



Sugar drinks. Sugar speeds up the absorption of nutrients in the organism, this makes them to travel faster, and that’s why they arrived earlier at the end. When we drink alcohol prepared with sugar we are hurrying up the absorption of alcohol in the bloodstream.





Tip #2.  If we are drinking something with sugar, we should drink it slowly or in other way not drinking the same drinks that we consume without sugar.
Energy drinks with alcohol
Alcohol drunken in excess could produce depressive effect that makes us low mood. It is way that the body demonstrate that we don’t need to drink more alcohol. In the other hand if we mixed energy drinks with alcohol, this depressive effect comes out, it means that caffeine and other stimulants will covered the effects of alcohol and it will keep us euphoric for a long time.
This situation makes us to drink more alcohol that our body absorbs, and unless we don’t realize the effects of energy drinks, the amount of alcohol in the blood still being there and it affects our organism.
Tip #3. Don’t mix alcohol with energy drinks.


¿Hangover?
The hangover is the cause of dehydration of our organism for the excess of alcohol drunken. This means that the liver needs water to come out the alcohol because it is formed by 70% of water so the brain is ran out of water and becomes irritating and it hurts and that’s a bad sign.
Tip #4 Hangovers. What we should do is drink water constantly, and If it’s possible and some serum to recover minerals that came out with urine for going constantly to the bath. With this and a food full of fruits and vegetables you will decrease considerably the hangover.
If we are going to drink this weekend, I invite you following this advice, for me is really helpful, also you can drink some water before you go to sleep to keep it at the time your liver need it.
Our body is really valuable and it has the best defense systems and it makes a lot of functions at the same time, and this is the last tip: take care of it.
