Chocolate is the food made by mixing sugar with two products derived from manipulating the cocoa seeds: a solid (cocoa paste) and fat (cocoa butter). From this basic combination, are made of different types of chocolate, which depend on the ratio between these elements and their mixture or not with other products such as milk and nuts.
For many, the word chocolate is adapted from the Nahuatl word xocolatl, referring to a "fizzy drink made from cacao" and literally meaning sour water. Therefore postulated two etymologies for xocolatl:
1.Is the result of adding to the word of Nahuatl origin (of the central-western Mexico) atl ("water") the word xococ ("sour"), the word xocolia ("sour") or xocolli ("bitter thing").
2.Is an adaptation of chocolhaa, from the Mayan word that literally means "liquid or hot drink" but the term Maya is Chukwa Chocolate design 'that contradicts those authors.

Although chocolate is often eaten for pleasure, there are beneficial effects on health associated with consumption. The cocoa or chocolate benefits the circulatory system black. other beneficial effects suggested include anticancer effect, brain stimulator, antitussive and antidiarrheal. An aphrodisiac effect has yet to be tested.
On the other hand, the uncontrolled consumption of large numbers of any food rich in calories, such as chocolate, obesity increases the risk of not having a corresponding increase in physical activity. The oil is rich chocolate cocoa butter, a fat component is removed during the refining of chocolate and then be added back in varying proportions during the manufacturing process. Manufacturers can add more fat, sugar and milk, all of which increase the caloric content of chocolate.
There is slight risk of lead poisoning for some types of chocolate. Chocolate is toxic to many animals for their insufficient capacity to metabolize theobromine.
A study released by the BBC indicated that melting chocolate in the mouth produced an increase in brain activity and heart rate that was more intense than that associated with passionate kissing and also lasted four times longer.

I personaly like to eat chocolate, specialy milky-way is my favorite chocolate, also I like Ressess, Snikers, and every chocolate that taste good. Why I eat chocolate? is beacuse it taste good, well almost every chocolate taste good, but I mean sometimes is hard to explain why you like something, because there are alot of things to say and is complicate. Chocolate is good because it gives me energy, and full my stomach also.
